A well-appointed one-bedroom, 3/4 bathroom camper situated in a serene wooded setting located on my property near to my personal home. Ten miles from the U.S. Coast Guard Air Station in Port Angeles. Very cozy with two recliners, comfortable dinette seating, decent sized refrigerator, double basin kitchen sink, microwave, propane stove and oven, electric fireplace for heat, a TV with blu-ray player but no cable hook-up. Bathroom has an enclosed shower stall, sink, toilet and substantial storage. Bedroom has a queen-sized bed and additional storage including hanging as well as drawers. There are also more storage drawers and cabinets through the camper. There are two 5-gallon propane tanks which will be filled prior to move in for the stove and oven. The electric fireplace heats the space nicely. There is also a propane furnace but the renter is responsible for purchasing and refilling propane. There is A/C which runs on propane only- once again, the renter is responsible for purchasing and refilling the propane.
