I am retired military, work from home, live a pretty chill life with an occasional late night/social gathering. Looking for someone professional who is seeking a comfortable and relaxing space to call home and enjoy all that Hawaii has to offer. Photos are not "staged"/empty as it would be for you (my stuff is there...). This is a large master (500-600 sq ft - bigger than many studios) with the benefits of a single family home in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. Comfy king bed, seating/living area, split A/C, private lanai, large shower and closet. Beautiful views of Olomana and Ko'olaus from room, lanai, and shower. Shared space - laundry room, kitchen, "zen zone" with hot tub. Great location - about 1 mile from shopping/restaurants (Kailua Town) and 1.5 miles from Kailua Beach. Rather than put a ton more photos and info here and to "meet" anyone with serious interest, let's talk and discuss any questions we have for each other. Monthly cost includes electric, water, internet. Have mini fridge, 50in TV, microwave, coffee maker and other options for room if desired. Can add a desk/chair. Have pets if allergic.
