My dad is a veteran and many of my fraternity brothers are military. I know it must be hard to PCS from all over the country and world back to the states. So, I want to extend a cozy, furnished room for a service member in a house. You have full house privileges including a full kitchen, living room with entertainment system, washer and dryer, bathroom (shared), Wi-Fi, and all utilities covered. The bed is a queen size, all linens provided, fire stick tv, closet space, and dresser. This home is near the 101, 1/135 freeways and only a 20 minute drive to Vandenburg Airforce/ Spaceforce base. This is a quiet neighborhood and the neighbors are very friendly. The house is shared by two working professionals who are typically out of the house during the day and quiet and in their rooms in the evening. This room also comes with a complimentary gym membership to anytime fitness that is located a few blocks away.
