Beautiful Home away from home. 🍍Welcome to Newport, we are seeking a *Female housemate to join 2 females in a lovely historic home less than a 10 minute walk to quaint downtown Newport. Internet and all utilities included. *Housemates have full access to entire home, as if it were their own, other than private bedrooms. The home has a spacious dinette, living room, and two oversized bathrooms. We are fully stocked with dishes, towels, and more. The 1 bedroom on 2nd floor is spacious with a full closet. Bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished, your choice. Provided in bedroom when furnished are a platform bed, nightstand with lamp, tall dresser, bookcase, and full length curtains, other options can be discussed. Washer and dryer, 2nd refrigerator, as well as a small storage area available in the basement. We are busy professionals, independent, and responsible searching for the same. Trisha is an Engineer at a local defense contractor, and Lonnie Suzanne is a remote college professor. Lonnie Suzanne currently travels extensively. Parking is available with a Newport Residential Sticker issued from Town Hall $10-$20 a year. Simply bring documents and you are good to go. We are also central to public transportation. Move in dates are flexible for the month of September.
