I have a large furnished master bedroom upstairs. Queen size bed, TV with Wi-Fi and Roku, a sitting chair, dining/work table & chair, Microwave, Keurig coffee maker, small fridge in the walk-in closet with plenty of storage. Black out blinds. You would have full access to the kitchen and the washer/dryer. You may also use the refrigerator and some cupboard space. There is plenty of parking on the street, either in front or all along 12th St. The room is very quiet. Across the street from the VA clinic, Safeway and the mall. There are two other rooms upstairs. One has a Queen size bed and the other has a double bed. Both have Roku TVs. The other rooms would rent for less as the private bathroom is downstairs.
