The house is near I-25, Ft Carson, Peterson SFB, and Schriever SFB (perfect for military members). All of the common areas are furnished. A security deposit of $600 is required. $1,000 Room: This room is unfurnished and is 9’ 9.5” x 10’ 11” with a walk-in closet.
