Looking for one additional roommate (1 private bedroom and hall bath available upstairs - note - must share shower with basement tenant) - We are two male professionals between the ages of 27 and 35 working in the defense industry, and are looking to share a spacious three-level townhouse in Arlington, VA. The townhouse is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood in close proximity to Pentagon City (and about a mile and half from the Pentagon) and contains 3 bedrooms, 4 remodeled bathrooms, a driveway spot, and free street parking. The townhouse is about 2900 square feet and comes fully furnished with a sizable kitchen and living area. The upstairs tenant would need to share a shower with the basement tenant (note - the basement tenant has his own half-bath). Utility costs would be split three-ways and include electricity and Wi-Fi. Rent is $1025 / month for the upstairs bedroom (and includes a monthly cleaning service) and would require a one-year lease.
