All bathroom utilities are provided . There is plenty of available street parking directly in front of my home. Wifi included. Personal coffee pot with coffee provided. You also have laundry available to use and all detergent provided. New robe and bath towels . All furniture in room is brand new as well as brand new mattress with new linens. Computer desk , dresser, nightstand, door mirror, hangers with full use of closet, Smart tv, coffee pot with coffee. I keep a quiet and clean home. I would like to keep interaction minimal as to respect everyones space and personal lives. I do not have parties or guests over as I enjoy a quiet home.
