A little about us... We are retired military, and have rented to the War College students for over 25 years... thus we understand the needs, and the apartments are tailored as such. Our establishment is family owned and run with the War College students in mind. We have 4 acres of land on the local creek just outside of the town of Carlisle. With that in mind, we are less than 10 minutes from the War College, a very convenient location. There are in fact individual parking for each and private patios as well as beautiful spots with views of the river and mountains for reflection. The apartments are fully equipped. There are 2 apartments, 1 efficiency and 1 one bedroom, All apartments are fully furnished with the following; Cable - Roku, High speed wireless internet, electricity, water, garbage are all included. Also everything you need; coffee makers, toasters, refrigerators to name a few, they also include linens and towels etc. Both apartments work well for the geographical bachelors (ettes) as we include everything needed during the school year, and of course families are welcome.
